  • Exclusive Search. This search model is a strategic partnership model that allows you flexibility to hand off advertising and sourcing for specific roles or positions. Advertising packages are agreed upon upfront as a direct fee to client. We coordinate ad placement, sourcing, intake of applicants and hand off qualified applicants who are eager and interested in your specific openings. This search option allows your team to pick up at the place of interviewing and onboarding. The financial model for this is 50% of fee paid upfront and 50% paid upon candidate successfully starting work with your team. This package includes access to our database of 46,000 providers who have enrolled with us for locum and permanent searches.

    Contingency Search. This search model is a passive model where we refer our qualified candidates to you for candidate intake. For any provider that is hired a flat fee would be paid per position back to our firm.
